Welcome to our personally decorated summer house in the middle of the peaceful dune landscape – just a few minutes' walk from the roaring North Sea. The house sits on a large, hilly natural plot of 10,000 m², surrounded by raw nature, rich wildlife and complete peace and quiet. Fully renovated in 2020 with a charming blend of new and retro.

Interiors: Bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm), pillow-top mattress and pull-out drawers for storage. Bathroom with walk-in shower and built-in Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. Living room with large corner sofa, fireplace, flatscreen TV, Bluetooth speakers and dining area for 4 – plus two extra sleeping spots in a screened bunk niche (90x200 cm). Underfloor heating throughout.

Outside, terraces on multiple levels wrap all the way around the house, with sea views from every side. Morning sun and garden furniture facing east – perfect for that first cup of coffee. The south-facing terrace has sun all day with dining table, chairs and sun loungers. Two grilling options: charcoal grill and gas grill (gas cylinder stored in the utility room – must be returned there after use; can be exchanged at SuperBrugsen in Løkken if empty).

The house is located at the end of the quiet, private Jennysvej – everything breathes peace and idyll. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away. Perfect for building sandcastles, swimming and walking along the coast. Close to Løkken, Blokhus and Fårup Sommerland.
