Enjoy your holiday in this beautiful villa with a private pool in La Zenia, Costa Blanca, Spain. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has direct access to a balcony, and on the rooftop you will find a stunning sun terrace with views over the Mediterranean Sea.

In addition to the villa's own private pool, there is a large, 3-section communal swimming pool in the shared area. The pool is divided into 3 depths and lengths, so there is something for everyone. Next to the pool, there is also a beautiful Japanese Garden in the communal area.

We do not live in the house full time, but use it for our own holidays. Therefore, we will not be able to meet you upon arrival. However, we work together with a local English-speaking management company who cleans the house and helps us welcome guests.

The house is located approximately 1 km from the large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard, with shops ranging from clothing and toys to food and everyday essentials.

The house is located approximately 2.5 km from La Zenia Beach, which is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful beach.

The easiest way to get around is to rent a car at the airport upon arrival. There are also public buses available in the area.
